Another update on the doggie with bone cancer. His name is "Bear".
He is a beautiful 6 year old German Shepherd.
I talked to my daughter at length today. It has now been a little over 2 weeks since they have been zapping. When the diagnosis was made they gave him 150 days to live, with or without the amputation.
My daughter says he laid around a lot like he might be in pain. She said you could see it in his eyes. Thanks to Dale sending the zapper so quickly - he was due to have the amputation on a Monday (which she cancelled) and the zapper (with harness) arrived on Thursday.
Approximately 4 days into the zapping she noticed that he seemed to be feeling better and acted like he was not in so much pain. He has continued to feel better and she said he chased a bunny and the neighbour's dog today.
Before the zapping he put practically no weight on the leg. She says now he doesn't even limp. When he runs he does a funny little hop, but that's all. She is feeding him raw liver plus many other things. He is off commercial food altogether.
She is zapping him once a day. She wanted to do it twice - but it was my opinion that it would be almost impossible for her to do so. She works full time. I told her I thought it would be better if she did it once a day, and did it consistently every single day.
He is getting about 6 grams of calcium (plus magnesium, etc) and she was afraid this was too much. I told her it was quite a bit, but really don't think she should change anything right now, because whatever she is doing seems to be working. I figure maybe after 6 to 8 weeks she can cut down on the calcium.
My son-in-law was quite skeptical at first. In fact I think he figured they had wasted their money. I guess they are both amazed and he told her the other day, "you're curing him". So this is quite a turnaround.
