I am very excited about the African project discussed below. I think any protocol is worth exactly as much as it can help people. I know the Clark protocol works when it is applied because we have had so much feedback in the past 5 years. But I think it is not applied enough. And of course when it is not applied it can't work. There is so much new useful information in the updated HIV/AIDS book that I decided I just had to go to Africa and do something with it. I am sure once others see the results they will want to follow.

1. Miscellaneous From the Clark World
The latest Bulletin is finished and will be mailed out this coming week. It has articles on the new HIV/AIDS book; detoxification in the Clark protocol; dental mercury; a report about a person practicing the Clark approach in South Africa; and testimonials. This is the 16th issue of the Bulletin. The first 16 issues will now be turned into a bound book so that they are all accessible. I would like to add an index and reference guide that includes all of Dr. Clark's books. I am looking for a person who is qualified to create the index. If you are familiar with the Clark protocol and have the necessary language skills, please apply. It is paid labor but I want to have a believer work on it.
Dr. Clark's Disease Book in Spanish is in print and will be available in about 10 days. It will be announced in a separate e-mail. At that time we'll open a Spanish e-mail list and start a Spanish e-zine and web site. The Mexican doctors Dr. García and Dr. Kabande who have translated the book and have been practicing the Clark protocol for many years will be tending to the Spanish website and e-zine.
In fall I will be traveling to an African country for a research project with people suffering with HIV and AIDS. A doctor there has been using the Clark remedies successfully for years and will work with us in the project. The project will include tracking clinical parameters in the lab. It is fully financed by Dr. Clark Research Association. Since this research work is expensive, if you would like to contribute to it you are very welcome. It would help us turn it into a bigger project and you know exactly where your money goes.
Meanwhile, Dr. Clark is collecting clinical data from people who have used her protocol (no matter which condition). If you have been helped with her protocol and have clinical data to back it up please contact Geoff Clark at healthy@shrc.net.

3. US Air Force Sponsors Conference on Electro Medicine
Is electro medicine finally going main stream? Possibly so. The US Air Force organizes a conference on electro medicine the coming week. Its goal is to bring together researchers from the different disciplines towards progress in this field. Their web site states:

The purpose of ElectroMed2003 is to bring together medical professionals, microbiologists, molecular biologists, physicists, and electrical engineers, to exchange their experience in the field of these emerging bioelectrotechnologies. This conference will provide a forum for review and discussion of the progress, problems, and the potential of high frequency, high power electric pulses and cold ionized gases for applications in medicine and as tools for bacterial and chemical decontamination."
